The winners of the nomination are a foreign author and translator(s) of the book into Russian.

Celebrates an outstanding work of world literature, unnoticed by Russian critics and translators at the time of the book's publication and opened to Russian-speaking readers after the author's death. The shortlist for the nomination is formed by the jury based on the recommendations of the prize's experts. The winner of the nomination is the translator of the book into Russian.

Notes the works of contemporary authors in Russian, the themes of growing up, relationships with parents and family, the experience of friendship and love, as well as the problems of manifestation with reality, its knowledge and the formation of personality are most deeply explored and artistically revealed.

The winner of nomination will be someone who has made a special contribution to the development of Russian literature - a writer, poet, literary critic, literary academic, theater or film director, who has adapted a literary work for the stage or screen, or any public or cultural figure who has had a significant impact on the literary life of Russia. Established in 2023 to replace the Event nomination.
